Compass Point NonProfit Services
, SFBAE sponsored a number of workshops for
both practicing evaluators and nonprofit professionals. This workshop focused on key concepts of designing an evaluation plan specific to the needs of the each organization. Attendees learned how to develop an evaluation plan to improve program effectiveness and increase program funding. Emphasis was on choosing among the various elements of an evaluation plan in order to promote an organization’s strategic objectives.
